Our Beginning

Tracing our roots to Nalagarh in 1795, where our family ran provision stores, we opened our doors in Shimla as a distinguished wholesale and retail house known for chocolates, confectionery, and fine provisions.

Generations of Legacy

The early 1900s marked a new chapter in our journey as we diversified into transport and pharmaceuticals, later expanding into construction and civil engineering.

In 2021, we entered the food and hospitality space with the opening of Cafe 1873, The Mall, bringing our family's longstanding tradition of hospitality into the world of food and beverage. Created as a place for good food, meaningful conversations, and moments enjoyed at a relaxed pace, it reflected the values that have guided us for generations.
